To meet the health needs of the clients of social services a written plan was prepared for health cares by a person with suitable medical education which includes:

1. medical history; 2. needed preventive measures; 3. existence of allergies; 4. needs of dental treatment; 5. needs of treatment or health programs; оздравителни 6. vaccinations and monitoring; 7. nutrition and diets; 8. rehabilitation; 9. private hygiene.

The medical services is organized in a 24-hour working regime. The institution has the functions of both GP and the needed medial specialists, in compliance with the profile of the institution. Dental services are provided as well. There is a dental surgery at the institution. The doctors, nurses and the health officers have long experience and proven abilities.
