The institution owns a park of total area of 0.5 ha. Areas with flowers, an orchard, walking alleys, relaxation spots and a place for labour therapy are detached. 
The park was completely reconstructed and renewed under a project of the municipality of Kyustendil and the Social and Investment fund of MLSP with the support of the World bank.
Park facilities are in harmony with the requirement for accessibility of the media. 
People domiciled in the Centre are provided with a package of services meeting the EU standards. They are also provided with an assistance according with their individual needs and desires.
